What is the National Conference?
The National Law Enforcement Exploring Conference is conducted every other year and is attended by thousands of Law Enforcement Explorers from throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. The conference program provides a week of team and individual competitions, seminars, demonstrations and exhibits.
Nassau County Police Explorers train all year for the opportunity to competitively compete against hundreds of teams in events including: Arrest and Search, Bomb Threat Response, Burglary in Progress, Crime Prevention, Crime Scene Search, Crisis Negotiation, Domestic Crisis Intervention, Pistol Shooting, Officer Down, Emergency Field First Aid, Traffic Accident Investigation, Traffic Stop and White Collar Crime.
